Once per week I am going to log a piece of typography that I find worthwhile of sharing. This first piece is an article's title in Maclean's Magazine that I found particularly interesting. The designer aligned several characters vertically to each other while maintaining a perfectly kerned heading. You may note from left to right: the stem of 'E' with the left-most stem of 'M', the stem of 'I' with the stem of 'L', and the chin of 'G' aligning with the arms of 'E'. Beautiful.
